Greeter Schedule Sept 13 – Nov 29
NOTES from Royce–
1. Both Sr. Nancy and Sr. Michaelyn have moved elsewhere, putting a big dent in our ministries. Sr. Carol Gregory had been a reliable greeter, but I have net seen her since June and must assume she has duties elsewhere. Continue to be on the lookout for new greeters—especially for Saturdays.
2. Speaking of Saturdays, the Saturday mass returns to Sacred Heart on November 7.
3. I was not able to set up e-mail and postcard reminders for the last schedule but will try to put that into my routine this time.
4. Eastern standard time changes on November 8, affecting the Sunday morning mass time that weekend.
5. While I preferred the graphic layout of the summer schedule, I have not found a simple way to feed names into that format. (I thought I would find the time this summer but computer programming is not my forte.) Also, I had assumed that everyone held on to their substitute list from the Spring schedule and did not send a revision out for the Summer. I suspect that may have been a reason for sporadic absences—in all ministries—these past three months.
